Lauren Reid
Lauren is a PhD candidate at Griffith University. She holds a Bachelor of Forensic Sciences majoring in Forensic Chemistry, and a Bachelor of Science (Honours, 1st class). Her research focuses on the application of electrochemical sensors for the rapid identification of illicit substances and their metabolites in toxicological samples. She aims to develop reliable, portable, and highly sensitive testing devices that enhance victim support and help preserve the integrity of evidentiary samples.
