Jodie L Harrington
Jodie received her Bachelor of Forensic Science (Forensic Chemistry) in 2024 and Bachelor of Science Honours (Forensic Science, 1st Class) in 2025 from Griffith University. She is currently a PhD candidate in the School of Environment and Science at Griffith University, with an expected completion date of 2028. Her research focuses on developing innovative approaches to advance forensic evidence visualisation through improving the recovery and analysis of chemical traces. Her current work applies green chemistry principles to eliminate PFAS solvents from fingermark development processes and utilises electrochemical techniques as an alternative approach to fingermark visualisation.
