Max J. H. Worthington

Max received his PhD from Flinders University in 2020, investigating new polymers from renewable and waste materials as tools for environmental remediation. Post-PhD Max moved to Sydney and worked as a postdoc in the Polymer Nanostructures Group at The University of Sydney, looking at controlled synthesis and self assembly of polymer nanomaterials. Currently Max is a CERC Fellow in the Biomedical Materials team at CSIRO Clayton, investigating machine learning methods for discovery and synthetic optimisation of new biomedical polyurethanes.
