Joshua Butson
Joshua Butson studied undergraduate physics at Curtin University and acquired his PhD from the Australian National University. The topic of his thesis was materials and methods for solar water splitting devices. He then contributed to work on molten salt electrolysis as a member of the Carbelec project at the University of Melbourne. Joshua returned to Curtin University in 2025, joining the Hydrogen Storage Research Group (HSRG) to study hydrogen permeation in metals and ceramics.
