Geordie M Thomson
Geordie is a 2nd-year PhD candidate, studying under Professors Joanne Blanchfield and James De Voss at the University of Queensland's School of Chemistry and Molecular Biosciences. His work primarily involves the hunt for bioactive molecules with therapeutic potential, utilising both natural products isolation and more traditional synthetic medicinal chemistry as sources for drug leads.
