Tereza Bílková
Tereza Bílková is a scientific researcher at the Institute of Environmental Technology (IET) at VSB - Technical University of Ostrava (Czech Republic).
Her primary research field is environmental catalysis, focusing specifically on deNOx processes and the oxidation of carbon monoxide (CO) and hydrocarbons. Her expertise lies in the synthesis and molecular-level characterization of materials, particularly those based on mixed oxides (such as spinels and perovskites). To investigate reaction mechanisms and catalyst behavior, she specializes in advanced in situ characterization methods, utilizing in situ FTIR spectroscopy and temperature programmed desorption (TPD) techniques.
In addition to her research, she is an active member of the Czech Catalytic Society, contributes to organizing scientific conferences, and maintains international research collaborations. She is also dedicated to academic mentorship through supervising student theses.
