Peng Chen
Dr Peng Chen is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Chemical Engineering and a Senior Research Fellow at Australian Institute for Bioengineering and Nanotechnology (AIBN), The University of Queensland (UQ). After getting a PhD from UQ in 2020, he has been worked on ACAP Research Fellowship, ARC DECRA Fellowship, and ARC ECR Industry Fellowship. His research focuses on developing low-cost thin-film PVs for solar energy conversion, including perovskite solar cells, quantum dot solar cells, and solar hydrogen production. He has contributed to over 60 peer-reviewed publications in leading journals, such as Science, Nat. Nanotechnol., Nat. Energy, Nat. Commun., Adv. Mater., Angew. Chem. In. Ed., etc. His publications have attracted over 7800 citations with a H-index of 36 (Google Scholar). He has attracted >$4 million in competitive research funds from ARC and Australian Government.
