Ling Chen
Dr Chen obtained his PhD from the University of Adelaide (predecessor to Adelaide University) in 2024. He was immediately recruited to the University as an ARC-grant funded researcher, joining the research group of Professor Yan Jiao (ARC Future Fellow) within the School of Chemical Engineering. He authored 20 refereed journal papers including 16 first/co-first author articles in top-tier journals such as Nature Communications (x3), Advanced Materials (x3), Journal of the American Chemical Society, and Angewandte Chemie International Edition (x2). His research impact is exceptional relative to opportunity, with a Field-Weighted Citation Impact (FWCI) of 7.46 and over 2,700 citations; his h-index is 14.
