Naba Dutta
Professor Dutta is a Full Professor in the Department of Chemical and Environmental Engineering at RMIT University. Prior to joining RMIT, he served as a Research Professor at the University of South Australia for more than 18 years and at Adelaide University for two years. With over three decades of research experience, his work lies at the intersection of materials engineering and structural biology. His research focuses on the design and development of biomimetic polymers, advanced functional materials, energy materials, and catalytic systems. Professor Dutta has authored and co-authored more than 250 scholarly publications, including 15 book chapters, two edited books, and nine patents.
He has successfully supervised and co-supervised more than 25 PhD candidates to completion and continues to contribute significantly to research, innovation, and higher degree research training in the fields of sustainable materials and advanced technologies.
