David Bergmann
Dr David is the CEO of Water Research Australia – an industry supported not-for-profit research and training organisation for the Australian water sector. David has worked for over 25 years in R&D leadership roles in chemicals, food, and water and wastewater sectors in global multinationals, and national and regional organisations.
He has a PhD in Chemistry from Monash University, is the industry representative on the inaugural RACI Green & Sustainable Division Committee, and is also an AICD qualified and practicing Company Director.
David has been in the water sector since 2015, and is passionate about research supporting the circular economy, alternative water sources, and sustainable environments and communities.
